PAYAL BALLAYA BOWKER | PROGRAM DIRECTORFounder of the One Platform and CEO of Mira Consultants LLC, Payal brings to the table a decade of experience and collaborations in global business and market development. She has a passion for communication and Wellness. Payal firmly believes that Wellness is a Life long Journey and in its simplest form defines Wellness as a gauge for Inner and Outer Balance of an individual.As member of the Virtual Program team, Payal curates the individual programs and leads Time and Resource Management Workshops alongside sessions for the One Platform.

PAYAL BALLAYA BOWKER | PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Founder of the One Platform and CEO of Mira Consultants LLC, she is also the developer of the One Platform True Wellness Program.

Her passion for humanity was the seed to developing the platform. As a Wellness Coach, she focuses on creating a deep understanding of Inner and Outer Balance for her clients while assisting them in developing skillsets that are critical to their Wellness Journey.

TAMI ODIMAYO | MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPERTA Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. He is an avid mental health advocate whose goal is to reduce mental health stigma globally. Tami has authored two self-help books aimed at improving relationships and mental health. He focuses on a holistic approach to mental health improvement through the practice of intellectual stimulation, relationship restructuring, diet restructuring, and exercise. “I approach my sessions using three basic principles: being yourself, living with intention, and trusting your instincts. Remember that it's okay not to be okay. I am here to help.

MARIAM TASHKANDI | HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPERTThe doctor who consults with patients in between burpees, Dr. Mariam’s approach is simple; Healthcare needs to go beyond the traditional medical model, where the focus is largely on treating existing symptoms and conditions with medication. It needs to include preventative measures including exercise, sleep and nutrition advice. Along with being a General Practitioner and a neuroscientist, she also holds a Masters degree in Sports Medicine from the University of South Wales.

Certified 1200 hours Advanced Teacher Trainer from the oldest institute in the world The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Amogh managed to personally train 295 students through teacher training across Goa, Delhi, and Mumbai for 200 & 500 hours of teacher training. He was the head yoga teacher for the first Parinama Yoga Festival in Iraq organized by the embassy. The idea behind his journey is to preach ancient Indian Vedic Philosophy with other individuals so they can outgrow their fears, anxieties, and constantly grow inwards, allowing them to give their best to the outside world.
